1. Conductor

Material: Soft annealed bare copper wire

Diameter of conductor 0.4 mm

2. Insulation

Material PVC TI51 (VDE0819 part 101)

Diameter over insulation 0.7 ^+-0.04mm

Nominal wall 0.15 mm

3. Sub-unit. 4 pairs twisted into a sub-unit, each

sub-unit is wrapped with a

colored PP binder for

identification.

Packaging

� Length tolerance on the reel should be � 0 m.

� The outer end of the cable is fixed with a tape. A stretch foil is pulled around the cable on the reel to cover the full width of the reel.

� The primary label is put on the reel flange.

� Reels should be packed on a pallet 1200X1000 mm. Only ISPM15 materials are allowed to use!
